You could possibly start the Windows Magnifier app by using the button/idea from this topic:

The app executable file should be magnify.exe.

If using Windows 10 and have a keyboard, you can use the keyboard shortcut of the Windows key and the plus key to open the magnifier. The Windows key and the Escape key will close it.
