Title: What is the Best way to backup a project?

Are you folks making a copy of you AHMI folder and placing it somewhere safe or is there another way?

Copy the complete solution to the target machine. This makes a backup, ensures compliance with license, and saves from having to hunt for the latest version when making changes.
