Title: Modbus RTU RS232 Not Working When Project is Published.

When using recent versions 3.99 beta 36 or 38.  Using MODBUSRTUCOM project works fine in debug mode but when published and installed RS232 Port is in constant Receive (led on PLC constant ON) with no communications between PLC and AHMI project. Tried on multiple computers with same results.

Try it without using Publish
