Title: Unsigned for 3XXXX registers

The "U" prefix works for 4XXXX registers. But not the 3XXXX registers, error is invalid format.
Is this a bug?

The "U" prefix currently only works for 4 series addresses, but the U3xxxx will be implemented in version 3.99
