Support Questions / Omron EIP

Dear all,
I try to connect an Omron NX1P2-1040DT1 CPU to AdvancedHMI.
I added the EIPforMicro800Com driver to the Mainform, and made a test with basiclabel object (I used a tag in the CPU), and also added a code, which I founded here:
AttributeReadTNS = EthernetIPforMicro800Com.BeginGetAttributeSingle(1, 1, 7)
The code works fine, I get the productname from the CPU. Bur unfortunatelly the basic label gives Service Not Supported error.
Has anybody any experience regarding this topic?
I know, there is a FINS driver also available, but I do not want to use direct addressing.
