Adding Additional Controls to Purchased Controls

I have added the control from this thread https://www.advancedhmi.com/forum/index.php?topic=1804.0 to the purchased controls and then rebuilt solution, but can't get the tool to show up in toolbox.

VS2017   and v3.99

Its not an item that can be added to an existing form because it is a form itself. If you add a BasicLabel to the form, put an address in PLCAddressKeypad, run the application, then click on the BasicLabel you can see how the keypad is used.
