I am not familiar with your PLC but here is what you can try:
1) Undo the latest change you made and confirm if your project works
2) Unknown frame data is different from other data and it looks like it has slave ID of 0. My wild guess is that the address you are using might be incorrect so try a different address (I am not sure how these M bits work and whether the driver supports them).
