Thanks for that! I got over the logical speed bump in my own head with that.
I was convincing myself that I needed actual physical i/o on the rungs and was seeking ways of mapping to the existing from new global vars.
I am now able to trigger stack lights from remote with buttons made within AHMI. Thank you.
Was just a matter of making a global variable with a name and calling that name in both the tag and the PLCClickAddress within properties.
In the attached picture I have simple logic and the branches are not needed. Just put them in there for the first test, which worked like a charm.
