PLC IO Graphic

I came across an image on another forum that had a PLC card that I would like to use in one of my projects to help the maintenance team with troubleshooting.  I posted a link below to the forum post, I have looked around but cannot seem to figure out where it came from.  Does anyone know where I could find this to re-use it?

Just in case the link does not work it is a graphic that looks like an input card for an Allen Bradley plc and I am assuming the indicator lights on the graphic can be linked to tags and mimic what is actually happening on the hardware.
