WIN 10 Tablet
« on: February 12, 2018, 07:18:43 PM »
I asked this in another thread but it must have fallen off the radar...

Just throwing out some thoughts here....

What about using a Windows 10 Tablet for an HMI?  I don't know If it sounds like a dumb question or not because I have never had my hands on any tablet machines. Only Smart phones so I don't know what connectivity options they have.

Archie had made mention of using a sub $100 tablet to run AHMI:

Lattepanda's mission statement was to bring quality parts into their product, but the review on Amazon is not very good.

Heat is the only issue I have had with them and that is resolved with the heat sinks and small fan that comes with the cases I ordered.
