It will not work with Windows 10 because Windows 10 for Pi only runs Universal Apps. Running on Mono can be done using this procedure:

Hi, Archie,
I have to Phoenix Contact industrial 8" pcs,Which are only compatible with DDR3 1GB RAM. I tried more than 1GB RAM it won't work. Now window xp is the lightest OS in window family.still it needs 4gb Ram. Is that any other option
Like Linux OS to run ahmi with 1GB RAM computer?

Thanks,

1GB of RAM is more than enough for XP.
Windows XP Home Edition and Professional Edition Recommended: 128 MB of RAM or more for better performance
