Visual express community fail to open V399 Advanced HMI

When trying to open the Advanced HMI in Visual express community 2015 for windows 10 and error comes up expressing 'You cannot open this this project with your express edition of Visual studio for Windows 10. This edition only supports development of universal Windows platforms Apps'.

Can someone please advise on what I need to do? Do I nedd to upgrade or is there a download plugin for the express edition of Windows community?

You need the full version of Visual Studio Community Edition, not the express version:
