editing and moving only the files that were updated

I have about 12 of the same version running and I would like to know if I edit only one form what files do I need to copy to the remote machine instead of the entire application. these are all on satellite and it is extremely slow to copy 25mb.
I tried the
 xxx.designer.vb
xxx.net resource
xxx.vb

The 3 files you listed would be the correct files for updating the source. If you are not building on the deployed machine, then you will also need to copy the \AdvancedHMI\bin directory
