I can't connect df1

Hello am using the df1 com and I did set the comport and close the rslinx
But still I can't communicate from the afvancedhmi memo try button to control my Plc
Plz I would appreciate any help

Go to Task Manager and make sure RSLinx.exe is not listed in the processes.

I did and it's not working
I create rung with XIC address B3:0/0
And in the hmi memontery button with address b3/0 and still not able to control it
The rslinx Classic turned off from the task Manegar
The COM matches
And the Plc in run mode
Still am not able
I would be appreciate it for the help
