Can Advanced HMI be built to run on Windows CE 7? Or are there dependency that aren't available in CE?

It can only run the compact version, so the answer is no

Bacphi is correct, it will not work on CE because AdvancedHMI uses class library components that only exist in the full .NET and not the version that installs on CE.
It could be an interesting experiment to see if Mono could be deployed on CE.

Could only run the finished executable?
Place in .. AdvancedHMI /bin/ debug/AdvancedHMI.exe
