BasicDataLogger2 WriteOnBitTrue Question

I have what feels like a basic question. Where do I set the ModbusTCP address for datalogging based on WriteOnBitTrue?
I am using 3.99xR1

I did some searching and couldn't find an answer. Sorry if this has been asked before.
