EthernetIPforCLXCom Connection Through Second Ethernet Port to another CLX

I have a main PLC (5069-L330ER) that is connected to our buildings Network through Ethernet port A1(10.20.110.XXX) and a bunch of others attached to A2 (192.168.1.XXX). Is there a way to connect through the A1 Port to the A2 Port to access the other PLC's using the EthernetIPforCLXCom Driver?

Any help would be appreciated.
