Unsolicited message for EthernetIPforCLXCom

There is an EthernetIPforCLXCom Event "UnsolicitedMessageRcvd" - I cannot find any info in docs.
Am I missing something or is this part of paid service?

That is an unfinished piece of code, so right now it does nothing.
