I just got a clue to this problem from another user. Are you copying the solution onto the local drive? If so, have you tried to run it directly from a USB memory stick?

- Download and extract the attached file
- Replace the file in AdvancedHMIDrivers\Support with the extracted file
- Rebuild Solution
