Micro850 - GetTagList - Doesn't work

Hi,
When I tried to read all the tags from Micro850 I got this exception: Additional information: Timeout when retrieving ControlLogix tags.
I have  Micro850  2080-LC50-24QBB and use AdvancedHMI BetaV399a.
There are not so many tags in the controller so I wonder if that method is supported at all for Micro800.
Should I somehow increase the timeout value ?
This functionality is critical for my project so I really will appreciate any help.

It appears the Micro800 does not support Object class 0x6B, which is the object in the ControlLogix that returns the tag list. I doubt it is documented any where on how to get the tag list. When I tried to Data Monitor in RSLinx to see how to get the tag list, it did not give me the option on the Micro820.
