Flexlogix 5434

Does any body know if Advanced HMI will work on a Flexlogix 5434 processor over Ethernet IP?  What would be an alternative program for programming the Flexlogix other than Studio 5000 or RS logix 5000.

I don't have any experience with the FlexLogix, but if it is programmed using RSLogix5000, then I would guess that most likely will work using the EthernetIPforCLXCom driver.

Ok thanks for the reply.  Do you know of any other programming software that will as a substitute for RSlogix 5000.  This is for a home project and I can't afford RSlogix 5000.

Not to my knowledge. You are probably better off finding a cheap MicroLogix and using the free programming software or even possibly a Micro800 series. The last I've known, the RSLogix5000 is about $3000
