DF1 Driver? Not showing

I have 399e installed, win 7 VS 2015. When I add the digital panel meter and scroll to the ComComponet, The only choice I have is: EthernetIPforCLXCom1.
What ComComponet do I need and how to set it up and include it in the ToolBox.? I am using an AB ML1000 thru my serial port.

When you first Build the solution and open MainForm, do you see 14 different drivers in the AdvancedHMIDrivers group in the ToolBox?

I see 13 drivers, one of which is the DF1 which suddenly showed up. Weird? There is also a "pointer" in the drivers components.

There have been mixed results with drivers not showing up. But it seems the work around that seems to be consistent is to add any driver to the form, then exit VS and re-open.
