how to change references path ?

and what is the system requirements i need to include ?

what i am going to is make exe setup file for my project (i know how to do that )

in the attachment is the photo of my project reference page

first i need to change the path of the references that are selected in the photo

second what is the tools i need to include so i can install my project on any computer i need ?
net framework 4.5 and what else?

It is not necessary to create a installation. Just copy the files to the target PC.

If you run all Windows updates on the target PC, it will automatically install the necessary components, which is basically .NET 4.0

i read that post and i used to do it
but as i always do with any software i use

i make exe file to install it and automatically put shortcuts and every thing i need automatically
