help with auto size

i built my project to fit 1920*1080

now i am trying to make it work with any screen resolution

i found a code that can help with that

but it only works if the form size change

i tried to use it on form load

but it didn't work
 and some times it makes the font size too small
can any one help me with that ?

and this code solved the problem of the resizing controls

but the problem still in the fonts
