Chart by Logging Bool Values not working
« on: December 17, 2024, 09:57:03 AM »
I created a Chart by Logging Graph as a stepline but it does not work with logging my photo eye inputs. my x axis is Date and time and my y axis are 2 inputs: CRI1231969 and CRI1231973.

It is not logging any of those boolean values on the y axis its staying at zero even though these are being a 0 or 1 . seems likes it reading maybe as true or false. Can anyone help me with fixing this.

What is your Y value in setup? if it like 50, you won't see a change from 0 to 1.

I retired a couple of years ago. Let me see if I can load it on a computer to test it.

chguillf,
I found one of my old programs, but that one, I saved to a .csv file. It does show up as true/false. I opened the file up in excel. made all False = 0. Then all trues, = to 50. If I had more than 1 binary, I would give it different values, so that I could see the transition. Then any analog values, trended on the same chart. I used AdvancedHMI as a troubleshooting tool. Sorry, I couldn't be any more help.
