copying MessageDisplayByBit from another HMI

Is there a way to copy a MessageDisplayByBit from another HMI to a new HMI and have all the massages stay with it. I can copy a messageDisplayByValue all all the messages will be still there , but the MessageDisplayByBit I have to re-enter the messages.

The MessageDisplayByValue has a property named INIFile, which makes this easier by allowing you to define messages in a text file. But the MessageDisplayByBit does not yet have it implemented. I will see about implementing that.

I am not sure why the copy does not work, so I will look into that too.

I just tried doing a copy of MessageDisplayByBit from one application to another and it carried over all of the messages for me. Are you possibly copying from an older version?

In a couple recent releases there were some changes to the MessageByBit that could cause it to not copy from one version to another.
